Stabilize soon? or maybe a Testosterone Surge?

I'm going to be 17 in like a week, and i notice all of my friends are getting that older, hard, manly look now althought they're all a little older than me (have been 17 for like 6-10months on avg.) and i was wondering if i'm approaching the age when my testosterone levels will skyrocket and estrogen get more balanced.

Does the breast growth ever stop getting that growing feeling?  I have like 4 friends with mild case and one with a kinda moderate case of gynecomastia but they all say they never feel anything anymore and they all drink alcohol and smoke weed all the time with no problems with it.

I don't do any drugs or anything, and just bodybuild like it's my job.  Sooo, any time soon?
