Day After Tomorrow is My Surgery Day!
It's been a hell all of life and finally decided to get the surgery done by taking Loan. As I'm already kinda depressed for past year, I'm not sure if I'm taking a right decision. But my only feel is 'Get Rid of this hell, first'. Yes, I hope things will be fine post-op. I'm not saying it to anyone except doctor and so I have to support myself. I'm hoping for the best!

Pray for me, guys!

How should I prepare now? I'm going to other city and I don't  know their language. So help me guys with what are the things to be taken without forgetting. And advice me what to and what not to do.

The only thing that I can say is follow post-op instructions they are there for a good reason!
