Cost of Gynecomastia surgery??

I am new to there forum so hopefully this isn;t a stupid question but anyways....So I have a very mild case of puffy nipples and I am wondering about the cost of the surgery. I have been in contact with Dr. "removed doctor" in White Plains and he wants to charge me 8,000. It seems like a lot for such a mild case.  Do most doctors charge less for more mild cases or would they charge me the same as they would charge someone to remove large breasts? Also does anybody have any recommendations of good surgeons with a large number of procedures done that may be slightly cheaper. The only two surgeons I have considered are Dr. "removed doctor" and Dr. Elliott Jacobs in NYC. They seem to be the clear leaders in the field.  ANybody know what Dr. Jacobs charges??
