Surgeons near Cleveland, Ohio?

Like the topic title says, I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and I'm interested in finding a good surgeon to help me take care of my gynecomastia problem. I've done some Google searches, and it seems there are a handful of surgeons relatively nearby, but I have no idea how to decide which to choose, as I've never really had to make a decision like that.
