Hello friends,

Are there any users in this forum who has done Gynecomastia surgery with Dr Prashant Yadav from Pune? Request you to please share your experience and pre-post pics for our benefit.

The entire procedure done at his clinic would not exceed more than 30K. Which i feel is to good to ignore for people like me who has budget constraint.

Earnestly request each member to share your inputs here rather than just viewing the post.

I've done my surgery at his clinic. Will try and post a review soon. Reason I'm waiting is that I want to fully recover, he told me it will take 3 months, this is the third. I went in for both removal of the flank (side stomach and stomach fat) and gynecomastia. The results for the flank removal look good, but just need to wait a bit for the moobs.
Will give it a positive if I can confidently wear a tshirt without the compression garment

Price wise, definitely a thumbs up. Also would advise to enquire about the compression garment and fix up a good rate for it right at the start. I was given a uncomortable garment and I guess that was because it was to be fitted in a budget of 25k. I later bought a more comfortable for 4k from him , one that had zips instead of velcro and had good elasticity.

But my case was for the complete chest + stomach, it was like a vest....for those going through only gynecomastia it may be a little smaller

If they could provide some feedback, it would be really helpful..
Also, On his website i saw that he also provides other treatments like hair removal etc. but all the pics in his gallery are of Gynecomastia only!!!

Thanks a lot man... Nice improvement. Now listening to you, I'm worried if he would just do liposuction in my case and not excision of the gland. Because I clearly know i have a gland in my chest which is the main reason for my gynecomastia.

yep, he does not seem to intent on excision....kept saying that uski zarrurat nahi padegi, liposuction me hi nikal jayega.....but could be a bit of a concern when you know that you have the gland in there because sudeep jain (on his website) has written that excision is a must in some cases

Thanks a lot man. I don't want to take a chance now by compromising on the cost. The other option which I have kept is Dr. Naveen Rao from Appollo hospital, bangalore. He seems to be very experienced though the cost is at a higher end.

Also, looking at your post operation pic, it looks good. I assume may be you really didn't had any gland and only liposuction was enough.

yes, thats what he told me too.....only thing is that nipple aerola would swell much more before the operation (but don't think that was because of the gland)

How is his clinic? Did you had to stay overnight? Had you taken anyone with you? And where did you do all your blood tests?

blood tests were done at shanti clinic. The clinic is ok....no hifi stuff, its a separate room .....he told me that I could stay overnight....but the staff on the day of the operation seemed to want to make me get onto my feet (felt like they did not want me to stay.......my intuition could be wrong here ) But for just gynecomastia, I don't think you will need to stay overnight.....but if you do decide to do it at his clinic, just make sure you stress on this part since sometimes it may be required (Sudip Jain compulsorily asks you to stay overnight...which I thought was very good of him)

I would most likely do the surgery from Dr. Prashant. It would be great if you could answer few more questions which I have.
1. Since Dr. Prashant doesn't do extra hole for drainage, didn't you had any storage of water in the chest post surgery?
2. After how many days did you removed your stitch which was done on you nipple? And from where did you do it since I believe you too are not from Pune. Did you stay at some hotel?
3. Is your chest now in perfect symmetrical shape and are you totally satisfied with your chest results?
4. How was the quality of the pressure garment which he provided for 4K?
5. On the surgery day, were you alone or did you had any friends or relatives for help?
