Physical pain

I'm new and I've always had larger breast than all of my friends growing up for being a fairly normal body height and weight .. I turned 29 two months Ago and started having pain when I touch my right breast, especially the nipple. is this at all normal or could this be something more serious ?  it's just my right one and its been like this for a month or so I was just wondering what you guys on here think, and if any of you have had the same thing happen to you please let me know all responses and advice will be greatly appreciated thank you.
