My surgery date has finally arrived. I've been told to check in tomorrow at 7am!

Definitely advisable! I'd even go so far as to trim your armpit hair too, my dressings got stuck on mine and peeling them off wasn't pretty!

It'll certainly help when taking your dressings off. Levick's were stuck on quite tight but I cant comment on Karidis

I shaved my chest, arm pits and the nipple hair lol. Still wasn't fun taking the plasters off so I would if I was you!

Good luck... I'm there tomorrow at 7AM too lol, having a scar revision (from my first NHS op) and also getting my flanks done. Fingers crossed for a really good result, and for yourself!

Just got home. Really pleased with the hospital and nursing team. Lets hope results are just as good.
