I dont really have any water under my skin to be honest.  Have you spoken to Karidis?  Everyone is different though..

I am 4 weeks in 2 days, and from 2 weeks its a massive change.  But it is just a matter of taking one day at a time.. 

I have a load of pics and i am going to up load some and explain how it has been going in each post.  All i can say mate is its a roller coaster. 

I feel like my skin on my abs and upper abs is soooo tight and its quite uncomfortable at times.  Doc again said expect months of this before it eases.  I suppose i did have all my fat sucked out and now i can only feel muscle and skin and its got to reattach and sort itself out.  Time is what it takes....

Day 5 PO

Not happy with nipples still. But an improvement and heading in the right direction..  You have to take the positives and not dwell on the negatives.

1 WEEK PO  

Took a while to get here and still so tender and movement is slow and restricted.

Pic 1 - Nipple isnt great and not massively happy with it.  Left is more creased than right.

Pic 2 - Plasters on after spending a fortune on these in Boots

Oh i forgot to add.  I leaked so much ooze and fluid out my lower right hand incision site you wouldnt believe.  It was nasty and not something i expected.  All others were no where near as bad..  Better out than in i suppose.

Pic 3 is the right flank bruise. Still nasty looking but nothing painful. Sorry for quality or pic

11 Days PO

Pic 1 -  Plasters on, just about to remove them... really apprehensive which is why they are still on on day 11. 

Pic 2 - Flanks have some swelling by the looks of things but expected.

Pic 3 - Nipples are still creased and pic doesnt really show is as much, but again from day one to now its come on quite well.  Keep reminding myself remember 6 months recovery time.

17 Days PO

20 DAYS PO

This is slightly deceiving as it is a just out of bath pic and you cant see the nipple creased.  The left side is creased. The right is better but still not looking flat and ironed out.

My abs are as tight as ever. Like my skin is a size too small.  Its an annoying feeling and i dont enjoy it.  Its more from when im sitting for a time and then standing it feels 'tight'  but once upright and laying down its not really there.  

As karidis said its to be expected and expect many more months before this settles.

I have noticed the right side of my chest is harder than left.  Must be scar tissue forming.  

Cant wait to get in the gym and get going with some proper training

I have started massage to nipples, abs and chest.

23 Days PO

I still have a fair bit of creasing on the nipples and tightness around the abs.  its getting slightly better each day.  only slightly better but each day is better than the next.  

Some days i look and feel its not going well and its like 2 steps back but at the end of the day i just look back to day 1 and think.. ok its forward progress and i will not see a proper end result untill the summer of 2013 at the very very earliest.

I will next post my 28 days and vest off for good pics :-)  Any questions guys just fire away.  

I hope this helps some of you as this forum has helped me so much..  

3rd pic isnt just some random pic of my backside, lol..  Its just showing the flanks as he took quite a bit from round the side and back area.

32 Days PO

Well 32 days ago i was under the knife.. what a change from day one to now.

Over all i am happy i had this done.. Having had the abs and flanks done as well as the chest in one go is definitely advisable.  sod having to do that separately.  I also think that my chest without the rest being done would have looked a bit strange as i wasn’t to slim round the waist so i was lucky to have the funds to get it all shaped.

The tightness from the lipo is still very noticeable,  more so when i am seated for long periods and then get up.  It’s a strange sensation when your skin feels almost too tight.  but it’s easing with every day and now i am doing things i couldn’t do before without thinking and only realising after that it’s so much better.  

The pics below are just a couple of front ones to update on progress.  

I know they are abit low down  but you can see the scars just about on each side where he went in and took the fat out and i wanted to show these and all the areas that have had work..

You can see my nipple is still slightly creased.  it’s quite annoying as if that wasn’t there i would be 110% happy.  it’s the only downside to all this.. otherwise it’s all very positive.

The nipple does seem ok some days and the next not so..  It’s a long road and only being a month in it’s a good result.  I am now out of that awful vest and wrap around thing and massaging twice daily..  as i am so busy with work it’s all i can fit in.  I do have a rub around when ever i can though.. lol.

Incisions have healed up very nicely mate. Can only just about see them if you know they are there and where to look (based on your previous pictures with the plasters). As you say a month is just a small part of the healing time to sort out the details. You must be enjoying them t-shirts, that's my favourite part 

Do you have a follow up with karidis?

The incisions are slightly noticable and seem to look like they are slightly pulled in.  The creasing isnt to noticeable in the pics but its there and annoying.

I have read the forms and it mentions all my concerns and basically says dont expect immediate healing this side of 2 to 3 months.  So i am just sticking with the massaging twice daily and when ever i shower as well.  Just fit it in when i can.  The right side is definitely firmer with some scar tissue.   again its just all in good time...

Due to work commitments i got a follow up on 5th April.  Its over 8 weeks but they just made it clear that its not to be before 6 weeks so had no issues with that.

tshirts are a dream as is everything else i can now wear, this has been such a game
changer!!

Just thought I'd ask how you're doing now, a good few months post surgery.  Not sure if you're still visiting this forum but it would be good to hear about your progress if this message reaches you... I've just had the exact same op done with Dr. Karidis
