17 years old puffy nipples

i have recently been trying to lower my body fat percentage and seeing as i am still 17 i am treating it as if it could go away at anytime although i am not getting my hopes up too much because i have had this for a few years now. send me a message if you guys need any tips on loosing weight or about diet, i would highly recommend trying to loose weight to everyone before they decide to go under the knife.

I agree with you about losing as much weight as you feel comfortable prior to any surgery.

However, you are very slender and your photos reveal puffy nipples, which will not improve with any further weight loss.  If your condition has been stable for a few years, then your only alternative to improve the situation would be with surgery.

Do your homework and find an experienced gyne surgeon to help you.
