Is this Gynecomastia? I'm suffering :( [Photos]

Is this Gynecomastia? It started growing at the age of 12. At that time I was so thin. Now I'm 24. Due to lack of exercises (or  because of this disease itself) I have become so fat. My weight is 70Kg. My height is 5' 6". I know it is abnormal. As you can see I don't have nipples. But I'm pretty sure that this is not just fat. I can feel there is something inside. Please help me to get rid of this.

You are overweight and also have gynecomastia.  You also have inverted nipples.

Interesting enough, I have found that when I perform gyne surgery, frequently the nipples pop out by themselves.

Liposuction IS surgery.  What you mean is liposuction and excision.

No way to answer that question.  In most cases, both are necessary -- but that is determined during the actual operation.
