Do you doctors think that compression can influence scar adhesion to underlying tissue? I currently had a revision surgery 2 weeks ago tomorrow, while I have a crease across my nipples, the compression seems to accentuate this at this time, the same thing happened when I had my excision only surgery last may, this time was lipo only. My chest already looks better, and I think im going to be able to live with it, just wondering if you think that the pressure on the folded nipple will cause it to tether or scar that way.

It's best to be certain that the skin is flat and smooth under compression to avoid potential creases, which may persist, depending on the cause.  If the crease is caused by something done during the procedure, it may not resolve, but if it's just related to transient compression from the garment, it should improve.
