Dr. Karidis..Consultation over.... next step surgery?

The healing is going well, I returned to the gym yesterday few push-ups etc and everything is fine. I'm forgetting to massarge my chest so the swelling is still slightly there :s, my check up is this Saturday so I'll see what he says!

The only pain(ish) I feel is when I raise my arms above my head, the pain is on my ribs and feels like a very tight pulling sensation. I'm hopping to resolve this with massage and light stretching.

cool, what did he say on your check-up mate, all good? Seems like your recovery is going really well. Do you have any nipple swelling or have they healed up flat?
