Agreed weight loss would greatly improve your condition but, alas probably won't cure the entire situation. Yours is a moderate/severe case and after weight loss may require surgery. Just inputing here because surgery after all natural attempts are achieved is what usually needs to be done. I tried everything natural and did well but, need the surgery to beat the gyne. Good luck my man on your case and hopefully things work out for the best for you.

I agree with Nothingworse. Losing weight wouldn't help so much. You can first try to lose some weight and see the results. But I think you'll need to have surgery if you really want to get rid of that. Good luck !

Id say thats a moderate case, worse on your right breast. You have to lose weight! You will more than likely need surgery anyway but unless you lose the weight is there really any point?
