Just for your general information, I have operated on young men from age 12 - 18.  None have ever had a recurrence of their gyne.

The main criteria for accepting a young patient is their overall maturity in undergoing an operation and also that their gyne has to have been present and stable for at least two years, with no evidence that it might be diminishing on its own.
