Puffy nipples
I don't know when I started having geno but I'm 16 now and i don't kown if the stuff I have is geno or puffy nipples HERE IS A PIC

Puffy nipples is a form of mild gynecomastia. It might go away on its own in a couple of years, but if not surgery is your best option.
