Hello, so I'm around 4-5 months post op and my scar tissue or whatever it is has not gone away at all yet. Summers coming up and I don't want to still be self conscious about my weird nipples. I'm considering a revision, I'm 16 5'8 138 lbs, and I'm just wondering if this is a good idea? Also how much are revision surgeries usually ? (Estimate) And does Kenalog work? Thanks!

Have you discussed this with your surgeon?  Is he or she recommending the revision? Steroid injections can help with scar tissue, but any residual breast tissue or chest wall fat would need to be addressed with surgery.  Most surgeons will watch the situation for about 6 months, so your timing is good if you're hoping for revision by the summer.  Follow your surgeon's recommendation.
