Hey Era, you look great!

Can I check how much you payed for the treatment? I am thinking of going with Dr Karadis on finance if possible and wanted to know what kind of price I am looking at...

Thanks!

Hi mate it was 4,450 thats including karidis's fee, the hospital fee, 2 vests. On top of that you have to pay for the blood test (unless you can get it done on the nhs) and the consultation fee which is 75.

You can take creatine whenever, but if your trying to lose weight then it could be a bit of a false economy as you just retain water. If your looking to continue cutting just pick up some IGF-1 Protein and have those a few times a day.

Not sure about the sun exposure i haven't heard of it personally, but maybe just make sure you have suncream on just incase.

I asked Karidis about this because I may be having a holiday end of August beginning of September (which will be 3 months for me) and he said you will be fine as long as you wear sun protection. Perhaps if you email or ring in and find out to be sure.

The Karidis documentation says you can sunbathe after 6 weeks, so long as you wear adequate protection...

Wow i have got 2 months to post a 12 month update :D how time flies. Im really happy with the results as far as Karidis's work, i think on the right side near my armpit he got a bit lazy with lipo but apart from that he did an amazing job. Ive put a fair ammount of weight on since the op ive had some really bad life issues, luckily i havent gained much on my chest but when i lean over there are some weird creases, totally fixable by getting this weight off though. I feel quite paranoid that my nipples are lower than they should be, i have no muscle mass on my chest so i cant determine if they rest below my pec muscle or not. I guess when i post a pic in 2 months you guys can give me your opinion. My chest is still nice and flat and my stomach looks really weird being the thing that pokes out in my clothes and not my moobs, i really need to get my weight sorted out, i have 2 months to try and budge some so i can reprisent karidis fairly. I also got very lazy with massaging and didnt do any, i started in the early days but couldnt feel any scar tissue and felt that by massaging i was risking encouraging scar tissue to form. As of now i can feel it underneath my skin but you can see it, i have been massaging religiously now for a couple of weeks which i hope will get rid of it, i dunno if it sets in though after x ammount of time? Anyway see you in 2 months time.
