Post surgery update

Hello all, thought I would give an update for anyone who is interested. (I'm 6'3" 180lb, low fat percentage) I had gland removal and lipo for my case of puffy a week ago. The surgery was no big deal the recovery is the harder part. The pain was a little worse than just a chest workout but thats probably because I stopped taking pain killers a couple days into recovery because they cause bad constipation (Percocet). This first week wasn't pleasant mainly because of discomfort from bandages, compression vest and having to sleep on my back. I took the pads and gauze off today and put the compression vest back on as instructed (have to wear the vest for another two weeks to control swelling) results...great! Exactly what I was looking for. Of course I'm expecting swelling in the near future and maybe some mild scar tissue and incision scars but I'm ok with that as long as I don't have puffy, protruding nipples like I had in the past. My right side is very bruised and my pec is a bit swollen because that was the more puffy side before surgery and he had to do more work on It. I will make a second update when the swelling evens out and there is more to comment on. (Probably in two weeks when the compression vest comes off)

Update #2:   Almost 2 weeks post op, I took tape off today and incisions look fine. The lipo scar is literally a few mm long. The right side which had more work done on it swelled as soon as I took the foam pads off and looked almost like it did pre-op, not quite as bad. Most of my pec swelled up, not just under the nipple and hasn't gone down at all yet but the doc said it won't until about three weeks in. The left side didn't swell at all. Not much pain now either. So far the results have exceeded my expectations.
