Best to check with a qualified plastic surgeon.  Also maybe get your hormones checked.  Your pretty young and going through puberty most likely.  May want to wait it out a couple more years at least.

I have seen (and operated upon) a number of 14 year old patients.  If the gyne has been stable for several years it will probably not disappear spontaneously.  Some people will say watch it for another year or two and then decide -- and I have no argument with that.  However, I have seen many young men who suffer with gyne in school, at the beach, in social situations, etc, and I know what they go through.  Waiting a few more years, hoping in vain for it to disappear, will not help.  I am also amused by some pediatricians who pat the young men on the shoulder and say "wait til you are 18 (ahhh, that magical age when everything happens to a young man) and it will disappear by itself" -- and those docs are invariably wrong.

Bottom line:  have a frank discussion with your parents and, at the very least, simply have a consult with a gyne specialist surgeon who can discuss all the options for you.

Developed at 13...never went away and I was fit.  My nephew also developed around that age, but his went away and he is very trim.

Went into basic training at 19 and was 185 pounds (6').  Was somewhat hoping that getting ripped would make a difference.  Unfortunately, it made a huge difference and actually made it appear worse (I dropped to 167 pounds when I left Basic Training)..the thinness made it much more noticeable.

Classic description.

If you have gyne and lose weight, your gyne may improve somewhat but may also be more noticeable because the remainder of your body has also slimmed down substantially.
