Painful nipple
Im 27 yo, sexually active, never been pregnant. My left nipple is in pain, sharp pain( feeling of swolen) and it is erect. I have been experiencing this for 2 days.

There are a number of conditions that could affect your nipple, none of which can be diagnosed without an examination.  You should visit your primary care doctor or gynecologist to be evaluated if it persists beyond a few days.

You may have an infection -- best to seek help with your gynecologist as soon as feasible.
