I have gynecomastia on one side of my chest and I'm strongly considering getting surgery to have it removed. I have one question though. After surgery, how long do I have to wait before I can play soccer again?

I would usually recommend at least four weeks before resuming sports.  If there is a chance that you could be hit in the chest by a kicked soccer ball, then roughly 6-8 weeks should be safe.
