I'm a 48 years old male, Im in the 5th week post op, just lipo, my doctor said i just needed lipo, i cant see the results. Im woried i dont know what to do.

Can't comment on your case specifically, but in the vast majority of gyne cases, mere lipo isn't enough -- you would need excision as well.

Give it a few more months to heal and return to your surgeon with a request for a re-evaluation.
