Man boob or genecomastia

Hi I have man boobs but I am only 16. I sleep really late and I have bad posture when watching T.V.-I slouch forward and put my elbow on my knees. Also I have puffy nipples so I do not know if I have man boobs from fat or if I just genecomastia. Also as another factor I am small for my size so maybe I have low levels of testosterone? Or I have a late puberty? I don't know.

Gynecomastia is gynecomastia is gynecomastia...It's not clear what your question is, but it sounds like you have gynecomastia of the type that develops commonly during puberty.  If it persists beyond three years, it's unlikely to resolve on its own. You should speak with your doctor about it.
