Plastic surgery complications insurance

From my understanding insurance doesnt cover any complications that arise from an plastic/cosmetic surgery.

Is there any special insurance plan that one should take so that in case something goes wrong the hospital bills are taken care of by the insurance

There are policies that some plastic surgeons offer to patients which will cover problems related to cosmetic surgery. One that I'm aware of is CosmetAssure, and you can look that up to read about it.  There are probably others.  I don't offer this in my practice, so I don't know the details.
