Lots of things determine nipple color. You're not going to be able to change that.

btw is not the color of the areola whats see through shirts but the outline of the whole areola

Don't confuse the outline of your areola in a tee shirt with puffy nipples.  In the photo you've posted you look great!

Whoever did your surgery did an awesome job. Id love to know who preformed this operation on you. Do you have any creasing or indenting when you move or flex ?
