Is this gynecomastia?

My weight has gone up and down minorly over the years, but my chest has always looked like this. Is it gyno?

If so, what are my options, surgical and non surgical? Any replies much appreciated.

It isn't much to worry about in my opinion, but then I have a pair of double Ds!

If you got a few thousand dollars sitting around not doing anything, that's what it will take to get rid of them with surgery, and that is the only way! If you do decide that's what you want to do, be sure to find a good doctor with experience in this type of surgery or you maybe very unhappy! We have some very good ones right here on the forum. The other choice is acceptance.
