There is a bit of fat as far as I can see but your gyne is mostly glandular (and a bit of fat too). Can you feel a lump under your nipples or is it just some fat tissue ?

im probably not checking the nipple correctly, but as far as i can tell there is no lump under my nipple. however when i pinch my nipple at full puffiness i can feel something inside that seems to push the nipple out.

The best piece of advice I could give you for the time being is to go and see a good doctor to make a blood test and a clinical examination to see if it is fat/gland or both. Then, you'll have your mind clear. Good luck

Well my best guess is you definetely have a mix of both gland/fat. Possibly also some extra skin from weight loss just a little but, it looks like a bit of extra skin. Your glands may be softer in hardness. Some people have softer glands while others have rock hard glands. You definetely have some type of gland under there. And a little bit of fat. Sometimes the glands can be so soft and the same color as fat that they are almost identical. But, there has to be some gland. Good job on the weight loss. I would see a doc or a Plastic Surgeon. If the doctor just blows you off then set up a consultation with a surgeon. As quite a few do free consulatations. Also see and endocologist to check you hormones/blood levels and to make sure body functions are normal. As a best guess surgery is the best option in your situation. As I have said before in other posts if it bothers you take care of it. Look into surgery because it is the best option and great results usually come because of it. Get a skilled surgeon that is qualified in the gyne field though. The results last a lifetime so go with the best. Good luck and hopefully soon you are gyne free.
