hello everyone its now 2 weeks left until my 2nd op and im really looking forward to it, im getting more and more nervous evey day that goes by becouse im little afraid.
i belive in 100% that i will be happy with the result this time becouse it only the puffu nipples left to do something about but 0.000001% of me is afraid that after the op im still having puffy nipples

nervous is normal, but people still seem to return better off anyway.

remember, puffy nips sometimes happen afterwards, BUT they also generally go away after a few months.  in your case, that would be around springtime anyway, right?  just in time to go swim one of those nice cold swedish glacial runoff streams

Thanks for the reply Headheldhigh01 it has been a dream of mine for 17 years to wake up and be absoulotly flatchested after the first op i was very unhappy when i saw that i still had puffu nipples.
thats why im so nervous now becouse if i dont get rid of my puffy nipples at this surgery i dont know what to do
thats why im so nervous but i really belive that my puffu nipples will be history the 13 of november then my dream will come true.

Hello everyone i am now 1 day post op and i have little pain in my chest the ps told me that he cut out 2 big lumps out of my chest and he told me that the surgery went well i havent looked at my chest yet becouse i must wear the compression wrap 2 moore days before i can take it off.
i will post here when i looked at my new chest

i looked at my chest for the first time today after my surgery i dont have those damn puffy nipples no more YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS im so Happy
im  very swollen and brused so the resul will be even better but at this time i am 200% happy with the result
it feels like i have been in prison for the last 18 years but now im FREE
Good luck to all u guys out there and if u arnt happy with your op do a second one u want regrett it i know i didnt

hello im now one week post op on my second surgery and im still very happy with  the result but im very swollen i the chest area the swelling has reach its peak a couple of days ago so if should start to go down now
its a lot of fluid in the chest were the ps cut out the big lumps, i cant wait until the swelling has gone down so i can see the endresult but the only thing i can do is to wait.

Hello again now 2 weeks post op and my nipples are still flat
the swelling starts to go down a littl bit so its looking so fuckin good

3 weeks post op and my right side looks amazing almost no swelling left and nipple nice and flat.
my left side is pretty swollen yet but it goes down slowly
my nipple is just little swollen could be scare tissue or fluid but im not worryed

im now 1 mounth post op and my nipples are still flat
my rigth side totaly flat and no swelling i belive that my right is very close to the end looking result and im moore than happy its looking perfect
My left side is still a little swollen were the ps made the cut it has gone down alot so there isnt mutch swelling left, i belive in one mounth there is no swelling left and i will be very close to my endresult.
i massage my chest every day and i dont know if it helps but i think it does.
at this time i can say that im 200% happy with the result so far and i cant wait untill the summer gets here so i can do every thing i have dreamed of doing for the last 18 years.

i stoppt using the vest a couple of days ago and it was little to early my chest swollen up a bit so i put on the vest again.
im still very happy with the result my right side flat my left little swollen and puffy but i goes down slowly

good to see u to man, some times in my mind i still think a have boobs and then i remember, holy shit i dont have them enymore, its a slow process to adjust to the fact that u dont have to worry about breasts anymore and now 6 mounths after im free in my mind to. and its a damn god feeling
