Simon Cowell (judge on American Idol) has a very impressive case of gyne, although even more impressive is is utter lack of care for it because he wears the tighest shirts I have ever seen.

I noticed that, too. And you know what? The chicks dig him. It's all about his confidence.

You are right about the confidence thing but, if I was Simon I would want no gyne and a larger new reinstated case of confidence. I think that is my problem I am shy and have a lower confidence around girls and a lot of that is about my insucurity about my chest. I think confidence is 50% of the battle/looks are 40% of the battle/and your remaining personality is another 10% of the battle. Depends on the Chic though. Once my gyne is gone in about a month or two I will be dating and working again full swing. I think I will be enjoying life a lot more then.

What about Vic Mcackey (Ithink thats how u spell it) from 'the shield'. I think he has it or he has been overdosing on heavy decline bench presses. One of the two. He mosly seems to wear a black leather jacket or a dark t-shirt on set.

Also David baddiel a comedian from 'Baddiel and skinner unplanned'  on Uk tv, very funny , he has a bit of a case as well, although I don't think he is exactly a regular at the gym so it could be that although he is not hugely overweight. He sometimes wears t-shirts that evidently show it.

There's a pic of Simon here without a shirt ( fifth pic on the Page ). I don't see much Gyne there. But then again, it's a frontal shot.... Looks more pronounced when he's wearing a T tho.

John, it looks a lot worse when he is wearing a t-shirt like you said. Seeing him in that frontal shot looks like he almost doesn't have gyne at all but, the side shots would probably show it. I have a little worse case and it definetely shows a little anyway you look at it. Simon is still a player though and has no problem with the ladies. Although if I was him I would get it removed because he is on T.V. enough. Looks like insurance is going to cover my medical case in about 2 weeks from now and next month I will have the surgery. Although there is a slim rare chance they will make up another excuse but, they can't I have all the info they need and supportive info at that. So I am hoping to get this over with finally once and for all.

and another thing u people fail to mention

99.9% of people don't know what gyno is, don't focus on it, and consider males with boobs to be normal because a lot of people have them and has been a pivtal role due to moderen pop culture and muscles..

ofcource we know pecs/gyno are two seperate things.  but people don't know better, and this is even more the case with women.

and this is the major reason i think it is ludacris to get gyno surgery if you are fat individual.

makes no sense, and frankly it would be odd to see somone who is obesse with a flat chest.

I am lean and have just a little extra body fat that should be lost. Just in my hip area other than that I am good. I work out and keep in fair shape. I just got to work on my diet a little more and lose about 3% more body fat. My chest has mostly gland and the PS said I had a tiny bit of fat in one spot to lipo out. I agree about someone who hasn't tried to correct their weight problem to get the surgery first. They probably wouldn't like the results because they would still have a weight problem. I think if you had a little extra weight and got the gyne surgery that would be okay but, if your carrying around an extra 50 pounds then lose some first and then get the gyne surgery. All of that in a short amount of time and you will be a changed man. As I am trying to finish off the coverage procedure the supervisor from Aetna noted one thing I am 150 pounds at 5'10" and I looked pretty lean. They wouldn't have even considered me had I been 40 pounds overweight. Or any more than about 175 pounds. And I don't blame them you need to try to sort out what you can before you go to the surgery route. I tried I have a medical problem I realized and need the surgery to beat it.

Bobby Flay definetely does have it. But, probably doesn't care. He has more of a mild/moderate case I believe. Once your surrouned and learn a lot about gyne you notice even the most mild of cases. And they can be very bothersome as well. I am out of people to name but, there are probably dozens more to add to the list easily. Anymore guys this is an interesting topic.

Tim Robbins(actor...think Shawshank redemption) has a case of gyne...I think.

Colin Montgomerie...British golfer. Obvious case.

Chuck Amato. Head football coach at NC State University.
Chuck has a major case...probably steroid induced.
