4 months post op-Puffy nipples or scar tissue?-PICS

I recently got surgery (Dec. 6th) and I am hoping for some feedback. I know that this could be too early to tell, but when left to my own devices (and Google) hope can begin to fade. I have uploaded pictures of my results so far. It seems to me that I look very similar to before surgery. Compression does not help with the appearance and the nipples (left-numb/ right-painful) both feel soft. I know that patients can look at themselves critically, that's why I am asking for others opinion.

EDIT: Surgery was lipo and excision. 0.2 lbs removed and 150 cc of fat liposuctioned
