Require information after Surgery

My surgery was done 2 and half week before. Yesterday my sutures were removed. I am posting my pics before and after surgery. Both side of my chest are exactly the same there's no asymmetry. I want to ask is there Hematoma or Seroma left ? Or do you think there's little bit of Swelling ? Are these results satisfactory. I think still there's a little bit of puffiness left on both nipples. These are normal or not ? My PS put drain pipes for 2 days and there was small amount of blood flow. Is there any case you have seen after drain the blood still there are chances of Hematoma or Seroma ?
