Inital Swelling at 7 months post op

I had my surgery performed 7 months ago and had a seroma on my left side. Since then I have dealt with the prolonged recovery which continued to improve over time. However, a week ago by left nipple swelled with a hard mass underneath and is now protruding worse than my initial pre op condition. Does anyone have any feedback or similar experiences to what is going on?

My surgeon is out of state and I am currently on antibiotics, the doctor refused to aspirate or check for fluid, so I have no idea what is going on.

I am also located in Florida.
