Gynecomastia surgery creasing after 8 days

I was very pleased with the outcome of surgery right away. I had the common lipo along with gland removal on one side only. After one week of wearing the compression garnet I wore an under armor one underneath it to prevent the itchiness. I did this on a Wednesday night and kept it on until friday morning.

After I removed it I noticed I had creasings throughout my body like anybody gets when they keep something on too long. Obviously creasing formed under the garnet because when I removed the garnet, I developed a crease on the outer middle part of my chest that will not fade. It has now been a week and it is still the same, minor fading if any. It is not that noticeable if I hold my skin back or hold my shoulders back.

I met with the surgeon yesterday to get my stitches out and he said I shouldn't worry, and nothing he can do now about it. Many surgeons on here suggest that it will fade over time. 15 days since surgery and 7 since I noticed the crease. Would wearing the compression garnet 24/7 not let the crease pop out? or would wearing it make the chest form all together? this is where I am confused. When I go to sleep the garnet forms to the crease and wrinkles and makes it worse. I almost want to put a hard piece of paper over the chest to insure flatness. The surgeon said not to do that tho. I do not know how minor or major this is, and anybody has seen this before be resolved overtime. I just hope this crease comes out because I don't have the money to get a fat graft. Any help?

I wore my compression garment for 6 weeks 24/7, took it off only to shower.  For a couple months afterwards I had creases on both sides, increasingly visible as I flexed. Now at 6 month post op I don't have any creases, just a bit of scar tissue on my left side. 
I think that you should let your body heal and avoid the mirror as much as possible.  Pictures look great btw.

So you had similar creasing to those in the picture? I just find it hard to believe it will pop out randomly one day.
