BC-based recommendations OR Dr. Fielding consult Qs

Hello folks,

I am starting to look at my options for my mild gynecomastia/puffy nipples. Obviously Dr. Fielding remains the go-to guy but I am on the West Coast.

1) Does anyone have any recommendations for top notch folks out here on the cost?

2) If I went the Dr. Fielding route, would I be looking at two plane tickets (one for the consult, and one for the procedure?)

Im thinking the same, im from Vancouver and i am thinking of getting an appointment with Dr Fielding, the cost of going there twice and paying hotels, food, and transportation.... is the thing thats restraining me from it.
