Come on Roar, we've done this before, only you can decide that! Unless you have moved out of your country in Africa to a place you feel better about surgery you will need to accept, or get surgery some where else.

because of the conicality i'll give it a 6.  i personally think it would be easier to deal with a large mass with less definition, though, so maybe even a 7.  on my scale anything over a 2 or 3 however is cause for your own discomfort with it.
