16 years old, puffy nipples for 2 years

I've had puffy nipples for about 2 years now. I'm sick to death of it! People tell me it will eventually go away, and that it's just to do with my hormone levels. However I am doubting that's the case and I just really want to get rid of it. You can see it through my tops and obviously it's pretty embarrassing...

I'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me more information, anything I should do, is my gyno bad? Is surgery the only way to? Or will it go over time...(baring in mind I've had it for 2 years possibly longer)

please do change that profile name it is offensive to say the least ,also as mentioned use the enclosed link to post a pix .so many new posters are here and gone in a flash mostly looking for some fast advice , if you are serious about learning more do read some of the older posts and ask us questions properly. thanx
