It's only been about 4 weeks since surgery but I'm not liking my results can this be fixed?

I am not sure from the photo what was done. As a general rule you will need to let things settle down and soten to be able to appreciate the final result,this takes  months.

You are a long way to go for full healing -- no revision should even be contemplated until you have fully healed.  You may be pleasantly surprised at how things will change in the coming months.

Be patient, be in communication with your surgeon and wait it out.

In six months, give us an update.
