another is it a gyno or not question

hi everyone
I am wondering if I have gyno
since Iam 13 I always hade thoses puffy nipples
and pointy chest... always make people laugh but
I am sick of it and would like to have a flat chest like
everymen deserve
I am now 28, 6'1" 183lbs at around 8 to 9% body fat.
I am going to the gym 5 night a week and it seems like it never
going to go away.
first pic is me in last january at 210 pounds.
got sisck of it did lots of cardio went down to 173lbs
and lifting heavy since about 3-4 months now
I though that with increasing muscle size would strech
the skin a little and make it look better but it is not
so is it me or I have gyno, fat ,puffy nipple or just crazyness

Yup there is breast tissue.yes I think its gyno.get itself seen by a plastic surgeon.

Looks like puffy nipples to me.  Similar to what I had.  Surgery with removal of gland and lipo are the only way in my opinion.

do tou have any before and after pics.

I am in the military and trying to have it all covered
by the army inssurance.
I have a first appointement with a PS but it si only in november....
it looks like miles away for me.... I just cant wait to see him....
I hope he is going to be able to do a good referal to have it done
under inssurance.

Congrats on your weight loss --- it certainly helped to reduce your chest.  But unfortunately, there is usually a little breast tissue as well -- and with the weight loss, you now see it as puffy nipples as well as  a small amount of surrounding residual extra tissue.  This would probably require surgery to remove it properly -- no amount of additional weight loss or muscle bulking will do anything to provide you with a cut and trim chest.

Recommend you research experienced gyne surgeons in your area and visit one or more -- simply for a professional opinion of what you have and what your options are.

no, I do not have any before and after pics.  I have been trying to get them from my ps but have not yet.  Very happy with the results though.  Still a bit sore and it has been 5 months so be sure to understand the recovery process if you go ahead with surgery.

hey everyone I finaly getting my surgery done on the 19th febuary 2015
there is a tons of questions I forgot to ask my PS when I saw him.
I have another appointement with him prior to surgery but cant wait to get the answer.
My inssurance will only pay for the gland removal. do you think I would
need to trow some of my money to get lipo done at the same time?
could I have  some fat in there that is impossible to lose?

It is an extremely rare case that gland-only excision will provide a good result.  Most often, lipo (with or without suction) is needed to even out the edges of the gland removal and to allow for adequate re-distribution of the skin.

but what are the others ways to remove fat other than by suction?
can he go thru the areola incision?
by "hand" of some sort?

Yes, one can remove fat "by hand" through the peri-areolar incision -- but it will never be as smooth and uniform as with a lipo cannula -- sorry.
