I have what appears to be extra skin, a crater, and leftover gland. Is this possible to fix? My chest is very uneven with a folded extra skin on the left side but semi protruding, and then a gland underneath the muscle on the right side but it looks like a crater and has creases. Has anyone had a similar situation?

I am really dumbstruck and just thinking I will never have a normal life or career because I can't wear any shirts without having a hole in my chest and kind of wish I just got really fat and unhealthy so my original man breasts looked normal -_-

You describe a difficult situation -- but not impossible to improve if you seek a consultation with a very experienced gyne surgeon, especially one who has experience in revision gyne surgery.

I have written extensively on the topic  and recommend you do some reading before you seek a specialist near you.
