10 days after Surgery : Scar tissues around left nipple.

Hi All ,

I need some help here. 10 days ago i had this surgery to remove glandular breast tissue (no liposuction - as suggested by the doc ). After that the Doc put drains just beneath my nipples. After 3 days when i remove the dressings and drain i found blood being clotted around my left nipple. I went to the doc and he removed pressed the blood out of my chest. Now its another 7 days and i find Scar tissues under/around my left nipple which makes it look the same way it was before the surgery (PS: my left side of the chest was bigger than right side and i was a smoker - quit smoking 2 months before surgery) . I need some opinion here - should i be scared ? If these scar tissues would diminish ? I am planning to visit another doc this weekend. I am from kolkata , India. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
