I think I cracked/split my gland

This isn't the first time it has happened.
I was feeling around the gland underneath my left nipples, using my thumb and index finger to pinch the different cracks of the gland, if that makes sense.

I then heard a slight "crack" noise, and definitely felt something. Well, it wasn't exactly a "crack", but more like a sound one'd hear the two adhesive surfaces are separated.

I don't know if this makes sense or not...

Odd. I wouldn't worry about it. Have you had gynecomastia surgery?
