Moving on...

Hey all,  

well it's been an exciting road with so many highs and lows.  I'm past the 13 month post-op mark and as much as I've enjoyed coming back online for the past year to offer advice when I could , I feel its time to close this chapter and move on with my life.

I'm so grateful for all of the people I've met on here and all of the great tips and feedback I've received over the past couple of years.

For anyone considering surgery be sure to do your homework and choose an experienced surgeon, don't settle!  Also don't get too discouraged if your swelling and scar tissue lasts longer than expected, I still have a small amount of it left and it really never went down until just under a year post-op.

Some questions here, when did you notice scar tissue? Did you have any kenalog/cortisone shots done?
