Resize the picture to something like 640x480 pixels in a photo editing programme like Preview (if you have a Mac) or Paint (Windows).

Yeah we got the hardest part out the way now a few more months of scar tissue and swelling then the nightmare will be over

Yeah same, slept okish. Will be nice to sleep on my side again. Feeling ok though today, still sore and difficult to move around but improving  :)
