How many of you have experienced either pain and or discharge associated with confirmed/suspected gyno?

How many of you have not but still have confirmed/suspected gyno?

I'm asking because I have never experienced discharge or pain in either nipple. Wondering if its possible its mostly fat in my case, or if its common for gyno sufferes to not experience either.

I have dealt with thousands of men with gynecomastia and the vast majority of them have had no pain or tenderness and no nipple discharge.  Occasionally someone on this forum will talk about nipple discharge (usually milky, cloudy, etc) but this is often after they have been squeezing the life out of their breast or nipples.  A discharge can occur rarely -- but it is normal because gyne is partially comprised of breast tissue, which is designed to produce milk.  A bloody nipple discharge, however, is cause to see a gyne specialist or breast surgery specialist ASAP.
