Abdominal binder as replacement?

Hey all,

On the way to recovery, about 24hrs into it. I still have the original wrap on per doc's order until tomorrow morning. They were going to give me a chest binder but it seems as though they were all out, so they gave me an abdominal binder instead. (specifically from DeRoyal)

Will this be an adequate replacement for now or should I order one of the germents that you've all reviewed on this forum ASAP??? Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to try it yet so I can't say how loose or tight it is yet.
