I'm on a full blown diet until the surgery to get my body fat down as much as possible, so I'll no doubt be having a salad. Sod's law, I sprained my ankle playing squash yesterday, so I can't do much exercise for a few weeks...

Have you had your consultation yet? There's a bit in the booklet you get given about what you can and can't eat. It says to avoid garlic for 2 weeks prior to surgery and no booze for 4 days prior. Levick also said to avoid tomatoes.

Ye having surgery on 15th April I can't wait when is yours yeah no garlic  and stuff but I'm trying to loose loads of weight to get the best results. I've stopped smoking and drinking lol I might have a little drink but that's it. Want it to hurry up

Guys I made it to the other side I done it lool I had a sneak peak and it was flat !!!!! Brilliant job my dr levick I'll post pics and more detail later
