Got my numbers mixed up. It's actually 6 weeks tomorrow. Looking better each week as well and definitely fixed the issue so the revision has been a success!
Now then, anyone want a couple of Macom vests in size Small? Maybe 2 for the price of one?

The workout worked great for you, even before the first surgery. Imo after first surgery you looked awesome, but as long you had high standards and you wanted the perfection to your body, you did well and made the revision, and of course you achieved it.
Did you went with topic or general anesthesia?
It was loose skin or breast tissue?

Thanks. It was general anesthetic both times. I didn't ask what the asymmetry was down to, but I expect it was probably a little breast tissue or even just fat that deposited itself where the tissue was removed the first time.

I still have a bit of a band of fat around the lower pec to the armpit on both sides but I'm going to work on my pectoral hypertrophy, hopefully grow my physique out and see how it looks and as stated previously I might see how a shot of 3D Lipo (non-invasive) works since cryolipolysis looks pretty awesome for area of stubborn fat that are hard for the body to break down due to a lack of blood flow to that area, genetic fat storage patterns etc. I'm pretty lean obviously so as far as pockets of fat go it's certainly a 'stubborn' area.

Latest update is I'm not wearing the vests at all now. There's still a little swelling but I don't feel like the garment is doing much and I need to just wait and let it go down and the scar tissue to be absorbed back into the body. I MIGHT get some lymphatic massage done but I'll have to research the strength of evidence for it.

Glad you're happier now.
I saw in your initial post you said you couldn't think of why you should pay ~ £5k for Karidis or other top UK Dr, for a "simple procedure" - which you ended up having twice (and another op after that) in Eastern europe after the surgeon messed up your chest the first time round.
I was booked for Adam K, and I'm proud to say I decided not to skimp on surgery. It's one thing to say you're happy to save a few grand in a trade off for some quality. It's another thing completely to say you get the same quality for 20% of the price.
As for reviews, one of the reasons I decided to cancel my booked surgery (which I'd already spent £100 on booked flights) to Poland was because I personally witnessed bad reviews disappear from the internet. Too many alarm bells. That's all I will say.

As for reviews, one of the reasons I decided to cancel my booked surgery (which I'd already spent £100 on booked flights) to Poland was because I personally witnessed bad reviews disappear from the internet. Too many alarm bells. That's all I will say.

1) There is no guarantee you will heal perfectly the aesthetic sense with any cosmetic surgical procedure. You WILL have scar tissue and swelling and this MIGHT not break up or dissipate evenly or symmetrically on both sides. My revision was very minor and a couple of people thought I was mad to getting it done because my chest looked great to them after the first op - I am a perfectionist though and currently it's looking like this second trip was a resounding success. Saying they 'messed up' first time is absurd.

2) I haven't seen a surgeon who HASN'T had people go back for revisions, Karidis and Levick included.

3) Haematoma's can happen, especially when you're going through old scar tissue. People have had it happen under Karidis knife too (see this thread for example) It was a complication but it was dealt with immediately because you stay in the ward the first night, get checked in the morning and go back the night morning. Judgement should be placed on how complications are handled and mine was dealt with immediately, comprehensively and successfully.

4) Having been to the surgery twice I have seen it's always busy, has a lot of repeat customers praising the work and the FaceBook group always has a lot of positive feedback. I also receive emails now and then from people who have been there based off seeing this thread and are happy with their results, they just don't have an account or post on this forum. I don't doubt there are people unhappy with their results, law of averages. Worth bearing in mind the surgery just goes about their business and their online presence is, as far as I can tell, handled almost entirely by a third-party. They're massively popular for a reason.

5) I don't spend much time on here but I've seen enough before/after pics to know mine don't look any different to others I've seen, my scars are pretty much impossible to see, no cratering. I don't know how it could be any better. It's 100% a simple procedure compared to something like a tummy tuck where there's significant removal of both fat and skin.

So with all that in mind, I'm

Sure, revisions happen.. but is there any chance that going for a cheaper surgeon in eastern europe could increase the risk of requiring revisions or complications? A surgeon who’s reviews often claim the whole thing is a little rushed (and that this is reflected in the price), and has been likened to “conveyor belt” surgery, added with the fact that the surgeon also has Malpractice hearings with the GMC for allegedly failing to provide appropriate care before and after surgery in several cases.. is there any chance this could have increased the chances of your need of a revision and any complications? Also consider that your case was more simpler than other more severe gyno cases too.
I’ve seen the photo of your chest after Op 1 and for me there is no doubt you needed a revision, there was a very clear issue with your left side and I don’t think you were just being a perfectionist at all.
NOA Clinic delete bad reviews off their fb page, so you won’t find bad reviews there for long.
Having read a lot of reviews about the likes of Levick, Karidis and Adam, I can already tell there is more satisfaction with UK Surgeons. In truth, there aren’t that many reviews about Adam for gyno. I personally wouldn’t judge a surgeon too much based on other plastic surgery ops they do, for z list celebs or not.
I’m not here to say Adam doesn’t do great work or to say your surgery was a failure because it clearly wasn’t and all worked out in the end, no doubt for many others too. But there is definitely a trade-off for quality, and a higher risk going to Poland and paying 25% of the price.

You have made claims that reviews from this surgeon have said that the procedure was "rushed" and that this surgeon has had malpractise hearings. Do you have links to those reviews or the malpractice article? I'm not saying I don't believe you, just that this would be helpful.

I agree that it was clear that something wasn't right with the left side initially.

I would agree that the savings you make in money are probably not worth it and people should go to UK surgeons. However, its easy to say that. I know how hard it is living with gyno and you'd do anything to get rid of it. It's hard to tell guys to keep living with it for another 6 months/year until you have the extra money. Some guys will probably have to save for over a year for this. Every day with this condition is a battle so I think you have to take that into account. There is no easy answer here.

First post on here, wanted to let you know I think it looks great and dont worry about the neysayers, you chose to go to Poland at it all worked out in the end.  Great job with the writeup.  I recently had mine done with Dr. Delgado in California and spent a ton more but I have a large family and leaving them to go abroad was too much for me.  I am still recovering but so far so good.  You look great!  Thanks.

WARNING !! Do not go to Adam Kalecinski for cosmetic surgery! he is only after your money. He did the minimal amount of surgery possible then couldn't wait to get rid of me. You are on a conveyor belt being rushed in and out like cattle. It's alleged he scours the internet for bad reviews and has them removed. Also he was in court last month for malpractice of some sort. Don't risk your life and your money with this Quack.

Forgive me for not being able to provide more, I've read a lot of reviews on Adam so I've had to try to remember specifically where to find them and dig.

On GMC:

www.gmc-uk.org/

Go for yourself to the GMC website and find "check a doctor's registration status". Search for by surname KALECINSKI. Adam is on the specialist register and you will see this detail - this is one of the main reasons he is so popular, (cheap and GMC registered specialist)

Then on his profile you see will "a hearing has been sent to this Doctor", click on current list of hearings and find his hearing in August: this will bring you to the link below:

http://www.mpts-uk.org/calendar/event_details.aspx?ID=8578d995-c921-4d2c-9a07-6a9a1f374cd6

He originally had a hearing in april/may and now it's continuing in August.

"A Medical Practitioners Tribunal will reconvene at St James’s Buildings, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6FQ to resume its consideration of a new case of impairment by reason of misconduct.

Name: Dr Adam Maciej KALECINSKI

GMC Reference Number: 6108503

Area of practice: Poland

The tribunal will resume its enquiries into the allegation that between September 2013 and February 2015 Dr Kalecinski carried out consultations with five patients in Poland. It is alleged that Dr Kalecinski failed to provide good clinical care in that he variably failed to complete an adequate pre-operative assessment; obtain appropriate consent; perform an adequate post-operative assessment; adequately and appropriately manage post-operative care in the UK and adequately record his pre-operative consultations or post-operative assessments. Thanks for those links. This is good information. I could overlook a bad review or two because even the Levicks and Karidis have some bad reviews where the procedure didn't quite go as planned and a revision was necessary, but the malpractice hearing is very concerning indeed. I am interested to see how that turns out.

I wonder what the result of the court hearing was?

I had my surgery there a few months ago with Adam K. The consult was rushed (though I expected that), and the full glands were not removed properly, leaving a slight cratering effect when tensed. Now I'll need a second surgery to remove the left over glands towards the armpits. The incision on one side isn't great either. I'm gutted, I wish I'd saved a bit more and gone with a UK surgeon.
