i had gyncmstia surgery about 5 months ago ..my question is  ..Can i eat orange,lemon,or similar sour fruits is it ok?? or they will cause me gyno again???  ??? ??? ??? ???

That is a new one for me.  I have never heard of any relation between citrus fruits and gynecomastia.  Maybe somebody has.  Sounds like mythology to me.

There are no dietary restrictions after gyne surgery -- mangia!!!  Just don't over-eat.

Soy products are estrogenic. Would it be a good idea to avoid these to limit or help suppress the growth of any remaining tissue?

There are a number of plants that have estrogenic qualities -- we call them phytoestrogens.  Soy is one of them.

Unless your diet is purely of soy, I doubt very much whether an occasional indulgence in soy will cause recurrence of gyne.  Remember, everything in moderation.
