Ok so surgery was November, I had a small slip up and gained some weight ( max like 10 pounds ) I was 195-200ish; Now im 205-210ish. I got lazy or w/e happened, I am now back on track now and exercising/ eating right. It was 2-3 months of laziness around.

If some weight is gained all around my body ( some in boob area ), can it be lost?, specifically in boob area. I had alot of glandular tissue removed from surgery that was caused by long term anti-phycotic medication. I have not used that medication post surgery but have gained some weight just from lazy habits.

So if i lose weight now lets say in a month or two, will weight still be able to be lost from boob area?

If it is only ten lbs, you should be able to lose it and be just fine.
