No my girlfriend couldn't get the time off work. I am not bothered though, getting home shouldn't be too hard.

Im just hoping for a good natural looking result as getting creases and craters in my chest have been on my mind  the last few days. I guess worrying is all part and parcel of the process.

I bought Nelsons Arnica 30c from Holland & Barrett. Not really sure what the difference is between 6c and 30c, I just assumed higher was better!

ah ok i bought the 6c one lol guess ill just take more.

i tried getting my gf to come but she couldnt get off work because she booked her days for our holiday dont mind either lol i got my mum to come keep me company.

im getting little bit anxiety of getting put to sleep excited too!

Didn't sleep too well, all the machines kept me awake. But I guess its understandable. I think it went as well as can be really. Im home now and feeling a lot better. How did you get on?

was you in room 1,? sleep was horible lol only had hour sleep i left at half 10. i had a little panic attack when i woke up but fine now heart rate was 136 since i got there i was first in line.

how you finding the binder? i got abit if fluid on the right side he said itll go down.

Yeah which room was you in.I left at at about 10 as my train was at 11. Ive got the swelling at the top and my binder is really tight alos. I dont feel like I should slacken it though. What did Levick say to you about it?

he said to leave it, it will heal its really bruised too but it will go down. i was room in room 2. im taking alot of vitamin c.
we have to deal with it for a week we can do this ha ha my chest was flat when i looked at it a little bit of flued but itll go.
i feel sore though u?
